とても綺麗お部屋のリビングルームで、仕切りもあり、プライベートは確保されています。もちろん必要なものは全て揃っています。テイクオーバーはありません。

場所はロイヤルオーク駅の近くで、Kingsway沿いにあり、ナイトバス( #N19 )もあります。
メトロタウンにある大きなショッピングモール（メトロポリス) は徒歩圏内、バス(#119)も出ていて、バス停までは徒歩3分で着きます。近くにはレストランもあり、韓国スーパーもあります。

住人は日本人3人、オーナーは一緒には住んでいません。

オーナーはカナディアンでとても優しい方で、何かあればすぐに対応していただけます。

ハウスルールはペット、ドラック、タバコ禁止。
深夜でなければ、料理、シャワー、洗濯，乾燥機は自由に使っていただいて大丈夫です！
お家に友達を呼ぶことも事前連絡していただければ可能です。（深夜以外）

※Minimumなしなので次のお部屋探しのつなぎや、短期留学の方も大歓迎です。

Richmond Night Market is one of the largest and most vibrant events in North America, attracting over a million visitors annually. As we prepare for our exciting 25th-anniversary celebration, we are seeking a talented and creative designer to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Creative Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and a flair for creating eye-catching banners, decorations, and event materials. Familiarity with cosplay, animation, and Japanese aesthetics is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create banners, signage, and decor for various events and market areas.
- Collaborate with the management teams to conceptualize and execute creative visuals that align with our themes.
- Ensure all designs enhance the market’s overall branding and appeal to our diverse audience.
- Incorporate cosplay, animation, and Japanese-style elements into designs where applicable.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.


Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of event branding and marketing materials.
- Knowledge of cosplay, animation, and Japanese aesthetics is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to fast-paced environments.
