Hello.

I'm looking for a roommate to move in from Nov1st.

Only two people will live in the 2bed 2bath apartment. [You will use one of master bedroom]

There are washing machines and dryers in the house, and you can use the GYM and swimming pool on the second floor of the building.

There are several amenities such as a 24-hour convenience store and Tim Holton near my house

Date of move-in: From Nov 1st 2024

Address: 1188 Howe St,

Price: $1500

Deposit: Half of RENT

All utilities (hydro and internet) are included, and most of them are included in rentals for living, such as condiments and rice tissues.

正規で働けるステータスがあるなら、面接の時に、逆質問してそのお店がどういうシステムか(給料制なのか出来高制？なのか、チップはどう分けるのかとか)しっかり聞いて、自分の考えに合ったお店を選べば良いと思いますよ。こちらでは経歴のある美容師さんは人手不足なのもあると思いますし、賃金もらってちゃんと仕事したら良いと思います。お店側もよくレベルチェックのトライアルとかある様ですし、そこでお店の雰囲気などしっかり見極めるのも良いと思います。

昔、日本からのチェーン店みたいな感じで働いてる方に、働き方はどうですか？って聞いたら、日本のお店なので結局大体同じ、違うのはお客さんの髪の毛のバラエティの豊かさだと言っていました。

Looking for a single non-smoking female young professional, no smoke, no party, no pet and less cooking. The location locate on No. 1 Road and Francis in Richmond which close to Steveston. Room is on the second floor and need to share the bathroom with 1 tenant and share kitchen.
