We have 2 separate 1 bedroom furnished bedrooms available immediately (suite has 3 bedrooms total) . $850 per month/bedroom including all utilities.

-Steps to buses, approximately 40 minute transit commute to SFU

-Students preferred. Approved tenants will be sharing with other students/individuals who are working/studying.
