希望条件は
・予算　合わせて$2000
・同室ではなく別室希望
・他にキッチンやシャワールームシェアする方がいても構いません
・職場や学校が2人ともダウンタウンなのでアクセス良い場所が望ましいです

簡単な自己紹介
��25歳女性/co-opビザ��24歳男性/学生ビザ
2人とも同じカフェで働いています。男性は他の職場も掛け持ちしてます。以前もルームメイトだったのですがお互い綺麗好きでハウスルールもしっかり守ります。また人と話すことが好きなので新しいルームメイトともすぐ仲良くなれると思います。
入居可能な家があればご連絡ください。

My friend and I are looking for "two rooms" available from the end of September or October 1st.
Our budget is total $2000. We'd like to find two rooms available in a house. If there are other tenants, it's okay for us. Our work places and schools are in downtown so we prefer living in downtown or closer to skytrain station.

日本からのお米

1か月ほど前にフリー掲示板に日本のお米の話題が出ていましたが、
少し論点が違うので新たにトピを立てました。

日本ではコメ不足、新米の価格高騰が叫ばれていますが、
日本からこちらに入ってくるお米も不足、あるいは、これから価格が高騰してくるのでしょうか？
今日、近所の中華系スーパーで新潟産のコシヒカリが２Kgで＄12だったので、
つい先日買った５Kgのパックがまだ未開封なのですが、買ってしまいました。

海外発送用は、すでに在庫が確保してあって助成金を受けて海外へ輸出しているので、今すぐに発送停止にならないそうです。
海外発送用のお米は助成金を受けているので、国内に回せないそうです。
ニュースで言ってました。

海外用はもっと輸出をどんどん国を上げて増やしてるみたいですよ。
値段も国内より割安にしてるようです。
新米は上がるのかな？
