- Right next to Master Room Abbott st Costco, 30 seconds away from Skytrain!
The other side is a movie theater and the infrastructure is good✨
- I called a cleaning company last month and completed the master room cleaning✨
- $1800 (couple available)
- We have Japanese room mates
- The dressing room and toilet are spacious, so I'm using a 5-room storage cabinet! It's a high-rise condo and the downtown view is the best.
- Move in after filling out the contract
- Desk, bed, and cabinet furniture provided
- We provide a private mini-fridge in the master room🌟
- I really like the public facilities such as a large swimming pool and heated pool, gym, mini cinem a, and game room in the condo!
There is also a free BBQ party event held at the condo itself✨
The deposit is half the rent!
