I have a large private furnished room in my large 2 bedroom apartment available for Sept 1st. Possibly a few days sooner. You will be living with one person only myself a female canadian born in Vancouver. I do have a large dog and cat so you must love animals. They do not go in your room though.
Location is MARPOLE (Granville and 70th). There is a bus stop right in front of building to canada line less than 10 minutes and the #10 a few blocks away direct downtown which is 15 to 20 minute bus ride. Safeway, liquor store, dollar store, library a few blocks away

MONTHLY RENT IS $900 PLUS $50 A MONTH FOR INTERNET AND HYDRO IS EVERY 2 MONTHS SPLIT 50/50 APROXIMATELY $20 EACH PER MONTH
It is on the ground floor above ground and there is also a lovely little private garden area for our use only

・とても乾燥していると聞いたのですが、加湿器は必要ですか？
・ネットショッピングは本当に使えるのでしょうか？
・荷物を受け取る時は郵便局まで自分で行くのは本当ですか？
・暖房は常につけっぱなしでしょうか？
・暖房を消して長時間外出した場合、水道などは凍りませんか？
・それぞれの四季の主な服装を教えていただきたいです。
・服などは現地で購入することは可能ですか？

女の子赤ちゃん服50〜90センチ、6-18monthsまで色々あります⭐︎

女の子水着は12M（$5）となっていますが、小さめなので６ヶ月くらいのお子さんでもきれそうな感じです⭐︎
