Built in 2020, this immaculate East Van home is located 10 minutes from the Commercial–Broadway Skytrain Station near Commercial and 1st. An open floor plan and large kitchen offers ample shared space. We are seeking one considerate, clean and aesthetically oriented person. No couples or pets, sorry. You’re housemates are down-to-earth, fun-loving and genuine professionals who are comfortable socializing and direct communication as need.
