The house is clean and in a quiet, safe neighborhood, 2 blocks from Metrotown skytrain station (9 min walk). 1 Block to Imperial and Sussex . Can walk to Metrotown, Central Park, Crystal Mall, Bonsor Community Center, shopping, stores, David Gray Park, South Slope Elementary and Burnaby South High School.
Driveway parking (shared with other tenants) and street parking are available.
Tenants share the kitchen, two bathrooms(upstairs bathroom has double sink), the on-site laundry, dining room, living room and other common areas.
