最近会社の人、２人からtext が来るようになりました。
内容はただ単にシフトを変えてほしいとか、代わりに働いてくれないかと仕事の事なのですが、私最近働き始めたばかりの会社なので仕事場の人とはあまり関わっていないのが現状です。

なぜ私の電話番号を知っているのですか？と聞くとトマネージャー教えてくれたと言いました。その数日後にマネージャーより上の人に言いに行きました。
そうしたら、その日は調べてみる・・・と言っただけでした。

しかし、その２日後にまた今度は違う人から同じような内容のtext が来ましたので、同じように聞くと、マネージャが教えてくれたと言いました。
そしていつ教えてくれたの？と・・・昨日だよ。hope you don not mind ...と言われてので、ふざけんな！と思っています。

これって完全に個人情報の流出ではありませんか？
最近の常識としては考えられないのですが・・・・
これって私が常識でしたらいけない！と思っているだけで、法律では何にも守られない事なのでしょうか？
ちなみにこの会社はHR は営業所にはありません。オンタリオのところにあるようです。HRの電話の面接で受かってからこちらで担当者と面接して受かったので私HR の人が今誰なのかもわからない状態です。

辞めようかな〜とふっと思ってしまっています。
