We are looking to sublet our large furnished bedroom with ensuite bathroom inside a bright and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in central Vancouver from March 1st to May 31 (flexible move-in on/after February 20th if needed).

You will share the apartment with a Canadian female in her 20’s who is friendly, clean and works full time. Located in the Fairview community in central Vancouver, close to downtown and only two blocks away from both Broadway and Granville St with a variety of shops, transit, etc. Very convenient location.

We are subletting because we are travelling and hoping to welcome, a preferably age 20’s-30’s female who is respectful and clean to live with our current roommate. The apartment is newly renovated with a modern kitchen, has a large shared living room, small balcony, large windows with views of downtown/North Vancouver, and is on the top floor so it’s fairly quiet. The room includes a comfortable queen bed, large dresser, desk and office chair, sizeable closet, ensuite bathroom with your own private shower/bathtub.
