You will have access to the 1st floor (not a basement or sub-basement) and your own independent full bathroom. You will also have a separate entrance. There is a peaceful park right in front of the house, making it comfortable and pleasant. When you open the fence door, you are right in the park. There is plenty of free street parking in the area.

Contrary to the attached pictures, the current state is unfurnished.

As per strata regulations, the entire building and common areas are non-smoking, so smokers are not allowed.
