My name is Amanda and I am 29 years old student lawyer.
I'm a native of Vancouver. I have two bedroom house , I want to rent out a room out of the two.
The rent is $800 per month while security deposit is inclusive all the utilities
(water,electricity,gas and WiFi ). The house is completely furnished and equipped with access to reading room and sitting room. Long term staying is what I will like but not compulsory, back yard directly connected the park with a serene environment.
