Hi!

We have two private rooms available from October 1st...

Our address is 796 Main street, close to the Main and Stadium Skytrain stations and buses 3,8,19.

We are located at the corner of Main and Union streets, near Chinatown, in Downtown area.

Our student apartment has 23 private, single rooms, with shared washrooms, showers, laundry, and kitchen, and free wireless internet.

Rent price is $650 per month. (Utilities: such as heat and electricity are included in rent price.)

Deposit: $325

We prefer customers to stay for three months or longer.

Rooms are furnished.

Rooms in photos are examples of room types available.

Please email me to make an appointment to come see our rooms.
