Looking for a roommate
We are renting a room in a spacious apartment in East Vancouver.
The room is unfurnished. But we can help furnished if necessary.
Rent is 975$ monthly. Utilities are not included but are shared amongst 4 people.
About us:
We are 1 couple and a Female (2 Female, 1 male) in our 20s. We also share this space with a little cat. We are all hard workers but we love to hang out in the large common area.
The apartment:
The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and a laundry room. The apartment also has a few closets available for extra storage. 1 bathroom is used by the couple in the master bedroom and the other one will be shared by the other 2 roommates. The apartment is pet-friendly. We also have 2 parking spots in underground parking. We also have a storage room in the basement to store a bike if needed.
5-minute walk to the bus stop.
Commercial Broadway Station 15 minutes walk
Safeway and drugstore close by
About you:
-Responsible, CLEAN and no drama
-Who clean after themselves and willing to do some share of the chores
-Can commit to 6 months - 1 year
-Someone who respects quiet time, especially at night since so many of us work early in the morning
