5-7 minutes to the nearest bus stop.
15 minutes by bus from Edmonds Station,
22 minutes walk from Edmonds Stations.
Basement rooms, share kitchen, share laundry room, share living room and washroom.
There are 3 rooms available right now. First come, First served. Room $850.

-House rules:
No smoking,
no pets,
no friend invitations
clean up the kitchen as soon as you use it.
Laundry once a week
Shower anytime but please be considerate of other housemate.

Electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi, laundry are included in the rent. The house owner live in this house.
