Hi there! My name is Seoyeong choi (You can call me Jodie!), 23years old from Korea :)
I am interested in the room you posted on JPcanada.
I can move to your house from July 1st. And I also can living for over 3 months or more. Before moving, I want to see room for viewing and roommate who will live with me. Actually don't necessarily have to see my roommates, but I hope to check they are female like me. It’s really important to me that who’s living with me.
About me:
In Korea, I graduated university and then I just came to Canada with work visa. I am willing to extend my visa few years later, so you don’t have to worry that I move out later because of visa status.
In Canada
I'm currently graduated at school(ILAC) last week and looking for a job. I'm also preparing to get into Early Childhood Education (ECE) job. So I will have fairly busy schedules between work, friends and leisure. I am a very reliable, considerate, clean, and easygoing, energetic female who does not smoke, drugs or alcohol.
I am interested in fitness and health. I go to gym regularly. Reading and writing and watching Netflix are a few hobbies I enjoy. Cooking is big for me as well. love to eat together.
Also, I am sociable person but also respect and understand when one another needs space and quietness in the home. I have experience of living alone so that I can make my home clean and tidy always. I know how to respect other countries and their cultures. I am so secure and stable.
It’s truly about balance and mutual respect. I also pride myself on communication. I love open communication, gratitude, home-cooking, music and art, sports and more. I have co-creating a happy family you will have feeling or vibe to me, more than just roomates.
Looking for someone with the mind set as me. I would like to live with a roommate or roommates who are warm, reliable and emotionally aware. I know it can be hard to plan but I want to be a part of a community for a while at least I stayed, ideally much longer.
I would like to preview the room as soon as possible.
