Hello guys,
I'm looking for someone who would like to move in Downtown Vancouver.
For the house detail, There is located in closed to China town station.
The address is 688 Abbott st, Vancouver.
You will be a beautiful and huge living room. There is huge windows and single bed, desk, closet included. Also, laundry in the unit, and you will be available a pool and gym in the condo.
This is new house from October 1st, you can move in Oct. 1st. Because this is new, unfortunately, you cannot available for viewing, but it's really good place to stay in Downtown, and it's reasonable price for living. I'll set up the curtain for hiding form other roommates in your room, no worry about private space.
There is Master room, Second room, Den, Solarium and Living room for staying in the house, all the room were already rented out except the Living room. So, 5 people will live there except you, and 4 people will share the bathroom included you.
Available from October 1st.
Rent fee is $900, and deposit is half of rent.
Minimum rent term is 4months, and after the rent term, it will be changed to month to month.
If you fail the rent term, you cannot return the deposit.
No party, No smoke.
Free Wifi
BC hydro will provided $50 per month, and all the roommates will share to pay for extra one.
Keep clean all the time.
We have a house rule for clean up in the house.
