Looking for a short-term roommate in a second room in a good location in downtown condo from November 1st to November 30th. (Moving-in date adjustable)
One room is currently being used by a Korean couple, so there will be a total of three people.
- Konbiniya Japan Center and Hannam Super in 5 minutes walk
- Mart , restaurant and shopping center on Robson Street in 5 minutes walk
- Stanley Park and English Bay in 10 minutes walk
- Rent: $1300 per month
- Utilities, hydropower, wifi, common area cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and rice
- Building gyms available
- In the washing machine and dryer
- No party, no guest and friend, no smoking
