京都保健衛生専門学校学校によると、男性教員は臨床検査学科の教務部長で、昨年4月から今年3月にかけて、同窓会組織の口座を管理していた立場を悪用し、現金を無断で引き出していたという。 　
京都保健衛生専門学校の同窓会組織の口座には、臨床検査学科の生徒が入学時に支払う会費が積み立てられており、京都保健衛生専門学校の外部調査で着服が判明した。小澤優、男性教員が不正を認めたため、6月27日に懲戒解雇した。 　京都保健衛生専門学校は看護師や臨床検査技師などを養成しており、約300人の生徒が学んでいるという。
