MPにメールを送りました。ところで、調査員が私の陳情を基に作った文書に以下のようにあります。

1. XX (私の名前) believed that you should have continued to investigate the assault investigation after XX moved out from the residence.
2. XX believed that you should have written a report and update the investigative file after meeting with XX at the detachment two days after the assault.
3. XX would like your Staff Sergeant to be informed of how you have investigated XX's assault case.
(注：Staff Sergeant はおそらく事件当日に現場に一緒に来た巡査の事だと思います)
4. XX believed that you should have preserved and added to the investigative file the statement and photos that you took of XX's injury two days after the incident.

これに対して問題の巡査が 署名していますが、これは上記の事を認めたつまり私が事件後にRCMPに行ったこと・そこで傷を確認した事を認めたことになるのでしょうか？サイン欄の上には "Subject Employee Consenting to Informal Resolution" とあって、それにチェックが付いています（もう一つのボックスは「合意しない」です）。調査員に提示された選択肢としてFormal もあったのですが、それだと私が話したことのない、つまり詳細を知らない人が調査することになるらしく、調査員以外の日本語が出来る人（日本に住んでいた、前に書いた人とは別）が後日電話で「事情を知っている人が調査するほうを薦める」と嘘のない様子で言ったので　Informal を選びました。また、書式にはFormatとして

By consenting to this informal resolution, it is agreed and understood that no further investigation of this complaint is necessary, nor will it be undertaken, and that this complaint will be considered concluded following the completion of any actions agreed to and noted in the informal resolution. Any answer or statement provided by a person during the course of an informal resolution cannot be used against that person in any other proceedings, except in a prosecution under section 132 [perjury] or 136 [witness, giving contradictory evidence] of the Criminal Code or in a civil administrative proceeding regarding an allegation that the person gave answer or statement knowing it to be false, with the intention to mislead.

このように書いてあり、これを見てこの下に署名してある場合は「事件後にRCMP Stationで聞き取りを行いその時に傷を確認して写真を撮った」と認めたことになるのでしょうか？

巡査当人の意見を書く欄が全くないので何だか不安です。
