(Sorry, I can’t write in Jap) I think that it may be challenging to talk with native speakers unless you have a certain level of speaking.Here is kind of my ideas of how to brush the speaking. The thing is that people whose English is as a second language have to do output and input repeatdly. The students might need to talk with non-native speakers, such as Korean, Chinese or European(this groups might be more difficult to talk to) and improve their output skills. At the same time,they may study grammer, reading and listening and, therefore, they gain input skills. Secondly, the students will be able to talk to native speakers when the abilities of speaking beome the certain level, which may be considered Advance level in ESL.
それに賛同できない方は、英語という言語というより、カナダ(やその他の国)の文化的バックグラウンドまで含めているのではないでしょうか?そうなると確かにネイティブの中にいなければ身に着けることはできないと思います。(むしろその国に子供のころから住んでいないと無理かもしれません。ハロウィンやクリスマスは体験できても、high school の prom はそのときにいなければ経験できません)
レス17のかんたです。レス4さん、アドバイスありがとうございます。大変ためになりました。シャドーイングですが、ネイティブスピーカーの英語は早いのでなかなか難しいです。またまた質問で申し訳ないのですが、英語のリズムの良い知り合いが「洋楽でリズムをつかんだ」と言っていたんです。疑問なのですが、日本の歌の場合、普段日常話す時のリズムに比べて、歌はだいぶリズムが違いますよね。英語の歌はそんなことはなく、普段と同じリズムで歌われているのでしょうか? 学校で 「Caws/eat/grass.」と 「The caws/may have been eating/ the grass.」 という二つの文、ネイティブスピーカーは日常会話の中で全く同じ時間をかけて話すと習いました。(この例、有名ですよね…)スラッシュの入ってるところで切って、この場合3つのリズムになっているということです。英語の歌はきちんとこの法則にのっとって歌われているのでしょうか?歌でリズムが身につくなら、楽しんでできそうですよね。
