”...so, Mr. here’s yours.” ”Excuse me. I remember my program’ll end on Jul 31st, this is in the letter I gave you. And the expiry date of this new visa is on the same day. Can I get some extra days to pack up, saying good-by to my friends, and..” ”No.” ”Oh, please. I can’t leave on the day of the program. I gotta go to school on that day.” ”Mr. It’s not the matter of ”can” or ”can’t”. You must.” ”Okay, then, if you were me, what would you do after spending a whole day at school, and coming home before the graduation day?” ”I’d leave and besides, that’s none of my buisiness. If you want to extend your stay, you can phone this number (pointing the number on the paper she was giving to me) and ask them (which was citizenship and immigration services.)”
がんばれ、green eggs and ham!
