4人分作る材料: 2 tbsp green curry paste 2 cups coconut milk 1 lb chicken breast sliced(1cm X 5cm) pieces ½ cup fish sauce 2 tbsp sugar ½ cup long eggplant cut into small pieces 2 cups strips bamboo shoots 1 cup squash cut into small pieces 1 cup green beans cut in 2cm to 3cm 4 kaffir lime leaves ¼ cup Thai sweet basil 1 cup red chili pepper for garnish ½ cup vegetable oil
調理方法: Heat saucepan with oil and add green curry paste. Then add coconut milk. Keep stirring until sauce is smooth. Add chicken, fish sauce and sugar. Cook for 2-3 mins then add bamboo shoots, eggplant, squash, green beans, kaffir lime leaves and sweet basil. Cook for a few more minutess and then add sweet red pepper. Serve with Thai Jasmine Rice.
