−Canada Day parade set for gold winner−

Canada’s gold medal men’s hockey team will have a
day of national cerebration July 1
with a parade and ring presentation ceremony in Toronto,
according to Team Canada executive director Wayne Gretzky.
The parade will wind through the streets of downtown Toronto
and wrap up at the Hockey Hall of Fame
where the players and staff will receive Stanley Cup-style rings, Gretzky said.
It’s expected the gold medal Canadian women’s
team will also be part of the celebration,
but no official word has been brought forward yet.
