¡Ý English and French have wqual status in the Plarliament of Canada, in federal courts and in all federal institutions;
- Everyone has the right to a criminal trial in either English or French;
- The public has the right,where there is sufficient demand, to recieve federal government services in either English and French; and
- Offical language minority groupes in every province and territory have the right to be educated in thier language.
