私は2〜3回ぐらい観光で来ていますが、挙動不審という事はないです(笑)そんな事をしたらもっと疑われる事は私だって分かります。 前回、祖父の死で一時帰国し、その時延期した結婚式を挙げるために戻ってきたのですが、そのときに観光ビザの無効を言われました。その時持っていたビザ(カナダ国内で延長したビザ・6ヶ月もらい5ヶ月残り)を見せられ、そこには「This does not authorize re-entry」と書いてありました。昔のビザや今のビザを見てもそう書いてあります。それを見せられ、無効だからと告げられました。それと審査官に、「CICのガイドにも載ってる様に、入れる時もあるし入れないときもあります。保証はないと思って下さい」と言われました。 観光ビザ延長のリストにあるガイドに載っています。そこにも保証はないと、、。 今までカナダに戻って来る時にこのサイトで色々と入国について調べましたが、みんないう事は、「審査官次第なので保証はない」という事です。なので、私としてはなぜ「大丈夫」だと言い切れるかが不思議です。
観光ビザ延長のガイドに載っている文章 May I leave, then re-enter Canada? In order to return to Canada, you must be in possession of a valid passport or travel document. You also need to hold a valid study or work permit if you are returning to study or work in Canada. If you are a citizen of a country that requires a temporary resident visa (TRV) to travel to Canada, you will also need to be in possession of a valid entry visa to return, unless: • you are returning to Canada following a visit only to the United States or St-Pierre and Miquelon; and • you return before the expiry of the period initially authorized for your entry or any extension to it, either as a visitor, student or worker. Possession of these documents does not guarantee re-entry. All persons must establish that they meet all of the requirements of The Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations before being authorized to enter or re-enter Canada.
