そして、SHAWから返事が来ました。ちょっと長いのですが載せます。 We cannot explain issues with, nor provide support for MSN or Yahoo Messenger services. This software is not a supported product, we are not certified by the manufacturers to advise on their product, or to configure it. Shaw High-Speed Internet supports software and hardware we install, as well as suggested plug- ins. Some experienced customers do use unsupported software successfully. However, we suggest contacting the software manufacturer for assistance. Vendor forums are also another valuable source of information.
We are occasionally asked when we will begin supporting new software. There are currently no plans to support the software you mention. We realize that our customers use many software packages that are familiar and provide unique features. Our problem is not that one additional piece of software will strain our resources, but that the dozens of plug-ins, programs, and features we already have we would need to support for compatibility. With the dozens of computers and operating systems Shaw already supports, other options become too complicated to handle.
Please understand that we may not be able to help with problems concerning unsupported software. You are advised to contact the manufacturer when problems arise with their product or services.
うそー???という感じです。インターネットをSHAWで契約してる人でメッセンジャー使ってる人はどのような状況なのでしょうか?ちゃんと使えてますか?
