Res 2 is wrong. It just doesn’t make sense.
Res 1 is OK. Res 3 is the best one.

はまちゃんの日本語的な書き込み「Cell phoneを持たない」に混乱.
この意味は「持って歩かない」なのか「元々Cell Pnoneをもってないのか」によると思うのだが Without a cell phone is the way of my living... without = not carry OR I’m not a cell phone subscriber...
Not that I’m new to a cell phone, I can get by without one.
これが会話の意味では?他にも考えられるけど
