アドバイスください・・・・

Even though I have tried to forget you, I can’t do that perfectly. 　

I thought I could put you out of my mind,but I still think of you. 　

会話ですか、それとも英文ですか？
一寸余計なお世話ですが、愛、恋、失恋等は歌に沢山あります、特にウエスタン　カントリ　ソングは殆どがこれらを主に扱っていますので、聞いて勉強出来ます。
以前にも書き込んだのですが、日本語を直訳するのは英語ではありません、日本語を先ず英語式に考えて初めて訳が出来るのです。それからここは日本語的な英作文回答が非常に多い（たまに覗きますが）
間違いかもしれないが、下記を参考程度に。

No matter how hard I tried　(or, I attempted and failed)
Realized you’re still in my mind,
順序を入れ替えてもいいです。

you’re still in my mind は
I still love you　でもいいです。
　

I agree with what Res-3 san says.it is difficult to translate words and phrases exactly between different languages(直訳).

# Now matter how hard I try to forget you, I still love you./think of you.

#I thought I could put you out of my mind,but I still cant forget you.

#I try to forget you but your memory remains.

#I thought I had forgotten you but I realise that I still love you/ I still want you.
