か、It’s rainy today here. のどちらが正しいのか、教えて下さい。
いつも悩むんですが、 場所、時、期間 などの順番が分かりません。
例えば It’s been raining here for 2hours today. なのか、 It’s been raining for 2hours here today.....など。
教えて下さい。

rainyは形容詞ですから、雨が降ってるという事をいいたいのなら、
It’s raining here today.

1)Its been raining here for 2hrs.
- Now is raining.
2)If you want to use ’Today’then you can say...
It rained here for 2 hrs today.
(Past Form)Stopped now.
3)It has rained here today for 2 hrs.
(Present Perfect Form)- Rained earlier today but not now.
4)It has been raining for 2 hrs today,(Present Perfect Progressive)
-still raining now.

私も以前、同じ事を疑問に思って先生に質問した事があります。
副詞（adverb）が１つのセンテンスに複数ある場合、その副詞の正しい語順を知りたい ということですよね！
副詞の種類で、Manner → Place → Time という語順になるようです。
”Manner”は例えば nicelyとか friendly, strangely のような副詞
”Place” は at school, in my house, here, there, etc.
”Time”は yesterday, tomorrow, here ,there, etc.
なので例えば、「彼は昨日教室で、彼女とフレンドリーに話していた」という文だったら（ちょっと変な例ですが）、 ”Ｈｅ was talking to her friendly in the classroom yesterday.” という語順になると思います。
��Friendly(Manner) → ��in the classroom(Place) → ��yesterday(Time)
上手に説明できてるか分からないけど、

レス５です。ごめんなさい。うっかり１個所記入ミスしちゃったので、訂正します。
× ”Time”は yesterday, tomorrow, here ,there, etc.
○ ”Time”は yesterday, tomorrow, today, two days ago, in the future, etc.
（here と there は ”Place”の副詞だったのに、失礼しました！)

一所懸命勉強されているようなのであえて一言。
informationという名詞は、timeやconsideration等の名詞と違って、前に具体的な形容詞がきても決して可算名詞にはなりません。
英語の上達のためには名詞の可算・不可算の使い分けは避けて通れない道。お互い頑張りましょう！
