仕事で面接などで 何が何でも働きたいって言いたい場合は I would like to work at your restaurant if you like or not.
I would like to work by all means. でいいのでしょうか? 教えてください。

面接でIf you like or not はやめた方がいいですよ。面接で気に入ってもらって働くことができるわけですから。
もっと温和に I would really appreciate...とかが無難じゃないかなあ。

「何が何でも」の意味がちょっとわからないんですが、もし「働かせて頂くため、何でもします」という感じでしたら、次のような言い方があります。 I’ll do anything for the chance to work at your restaurant. I’m willing to do anything for the chance to work at your restaurant. 意味が違ったら、ごめんなさい。
