Who cares?はたぶん「興味ねい」って訳されると思います。 「I don’t give」は言わないですね。「I don’t care」はまだましですが、それでも「I don’t give a シット」と同じくらい、「どっちでもいいや」みたいな感じで、とても親しい友達にしか言いません。 「I don’t mind, anything (2つの選択肢の場合はeither) is fine with me.」の方がいいと思います。 http://oha.nu/genki

By the way, [I don’t give] means [It doesn’t matter] and there is no rule saying that this is only intended for close friends.
