2個、On the other handが連続のはどうなんでしょう？1個目は何に対して、「一方」なのか素人の私には読み取れませんでした。最初の式以前の文は定義で、最初のOn the other hand の文は何に使えるかという説明ですから、それらを結ぶのに「一方」はおかしいのでは？と思うのは日本語的考えでしょうか？
2個目は問題点を提言しているので良いと思います。

あと、私はうまく言うことが出来ませんが、the percent change in quantityとthe percent change in price、denoteが2つ出てくるあたりは上手くまとめられないでしょうかね。

とした方がいいように思います。Let me...の言い方よりも受動態を使う方がアカデミックに聞こえるので、直してみました。

は、 observing an elasticity of demand is useful in finding... consumers, which could enable an effective pricing strategy to be developed.の方が通りがいいかと思います。

*~*の箇所は、its inability to measure the market size　の方がいいかなと思います。**~**の箇所は、In other words, observing an elasticity of demand alone is not enough and could be misleading unless other information is provided as well.とすると意味がはっきりしそうです。

は違いますよね？
多分宿題だと思いますが、単にpriceだと、分かっていないと減点される可能性があるかもしれません。the percentage change の意味を含むことができない文章なら、クドくても2度書いた方がbetterだと思います。
