I do not know if this thing fix the problem, however you should try this first.
Open Control Panel from ”Start” menu. You will find ”Regional and Language Options” and open it. Click ”Language” tab and check if ”Install files for East Asian languages” is checked. If it is unchecked, check it. Click Details button for ”Text services and input languages”. If there is no ”japanese” entry in the ”Installed services”, click ”Add” and set ”Input language” pull down menu to ”Japanese”. Leave Keyboard layout as it is. And click ok to return to previous menu. Check if ”Japanese” is properly installed in the ”Installed services” list.
You may want to set ”Default input language” to Japanese in the menu.
Next, click ”Advanced” tab in the ”Regional and Language Options” menu. Check if all Japanese code pages are checked in the ”Code page conversion tables”. If there is any unchecked Japanese code page, check it.
I hope this works. Good luck!

Thanks for your comment! I really appreciate it! However, when I try to do the things in that way, it says” you need office XP...” That’s what drives me crazy! May be I have changed something in my PC without recognizing. But thanks anyway;)
