ペンキ塗りや庭仕事、清掃など住宅メンテナンス作業全般の出来る方を募集しています。

パートタイムでもフルタイムでも都合に合わせて働けます。働く時間帯や曜日、週に何日など、希望をご相談ください。

また、給与についても応相談で、経験者優遇です。

仕事場所はバンクーバー・バーナビーなど、仕事内容によって変わりますが、車は必要ありません。
カナダ人のボスの指示のもと作業を進めていきます。電動ドリルや電動のこぎりなどの電動工具を使う機会があるので、そういった道具の使用が怖くない方が向いていると思います。

Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker(junior, intermediate and senior)
Term: Full-Time or Part-Time
Hours: negotiated
Wage Range: based on education and related experience.

Desired skills, aptitude, ability to learn or experience in :
• Organized and team player
• Carpentry, electrical, painting, heating, cooling, ventilation, mechanical and plumbing maintenance and repairs such as repairing furniture, constructing shelves, installing switches, replacing plugs and other basic appliance repairs
• Routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
• Dealing with contractors
• Able to perform minor appliance repairs
• Perform minor property maintenance
• landscaping and sprinkler system work
• Work with minimal supervision
• Problem solving skills
