Job Title: Barista
Pay: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Bean on 5th Cafe (Bean Around the World), North Vancouver

Responsibilities:
• Craft and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
• Provide excellent customer service in a welcoming, community-focused environment
• Keep workstations clean and organized, maintaining our café’s cozy aesthetic
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, efficient workflow
• Engage with customers, offering recommendations and enhancing their café experience
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a barista or in a coffee-related role is preferred but not required
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for contributing to a community-centered café culture
