Duties: including but not limited to
- Answering phones
- Data entry / filing
- Payroll / managing A/P A/R
- Logistic, work closely with shipper/receiver to ensure orders are processed correctly and on time
- Export / import shipping documents
- Handling invoices.
Candidate:
Our Ideal candidate will be a reliable individual who possesses strong organization skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks. You must be able to work well on your own as well as within a team.
Skill Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
Have strong attention to detail.
Able to work on EXCEL and WORD
Preferably Canadian citizen, or PR
Job Type: Full Time / 8:30-17:00 (8 hours/day)
$19.00/Hour starting; Bi-Weekly pay
Duration: Permanent
