Hello students, we have a fully furnished private bedroom for International students the room has a single bed and a closet furnished with a desk, chair, lamp and a ceiling fan.
We have been doing Homestay for 10 years and we have had students from all over the world stay in our home.
Includes a shared kitchen and shared bathroom with laundry utilities, bedding, and dishes, towels and linens, dresser, microwave toaster kettle air fryer, laundry and WiFi.
NO MEALS INCLUDED
(Cooked meals can be negotiable for an extra fee)
$1050 per room per student-month to month. 1 person per room, no sharing of rooms.
Located in Abbotsford near Seven Oaks Mall.
Close toYale Secondary,Abbotsford Senior Secondary,WJ Mouat Sec,Abbotsford Rec Center, Seven Oaks Mall, UFV and other necessities and Landmarks.
Bus stops located right in front of the property.

Need proof enrolment into college or university or high school with ID required before any appointment to see the rooms.
