We are looking for a caretaker/tenant who can help maintain the apartment on days when no other tenants are scheduled to clean. This is part of why the rent is set at $525. There is a weekly cleaning schedule, but on days with no one assigned, you would be responsible for ensuring the apartment stays in good condition. I am working full time so as a landlord i dont have time to go in and check up on the tenants.

This rental is a den space, which means it has no direct windows. However, it’s larger than a typical den and gets some natural light from above, as the walls don’t extend fully to the ceiling.

We’re seeking quiet, respectful female tenants who are comfortable sharing a split studio in downtown Vancouver. The studio is divided by modular walls to provide privacy, with each tenant having a separate room with a locked door. The rent includes internet, electricity, and in-suite laundry. There are four tenants in total, all of whom are considerate of each other.
