A double room for 1 person or 2 people in Yaletown / downtown
$ 1100 per 1 person to share this double bedroom ( 1 month minimum lease )
if you are friends, 2 people $ 1850 for 2 people ,( 6 months minimum lease )
A double room with 2 beds and with all beddings and duvet included .
If you and your friends are happy to stay in this double room then this will be perfect place for you.

kitchen and dining area
Rice cooker and ,microwave are available
laundry (washer & dryer)
Living room with views of the park
Shared bathrooms with two Japanese females.
Free sauna , swimming pool, steam room, gyms , hot tub are free in the building .
We are Taiwanese and Japanese girls with two cats in the unit, if you love cats and like to experience having cats in the same roof this will be perfect place for you .
