オーナーは韓国系カナディアンの女性で、とても明るく優しい方です。(オーナーは別の持ち家に住んでます)

Hi there,
I'm looking for a respectful and tidy female roommate to share a condo in beautiful Yaletown by the water over looking Coopers’ park. You will be sharing the place just with one other female in the master bedroom.
The room's private, with own bathroom, ensuit closet and large windows. The room's fully furnished with a full-size bed, desk and side tables.
The condo has full-set kitchen appliances, in-suite washer and dryer, den and a patio.
Transit's very convenient. Yaletown Round-house station and Stadium/Chinatown station is about 7 mins walking distance. The closest bus station to get there is only 1 min. Close to grocery shops, restaurants and hobby centres.
Building includes amenities such as exercise room, swimming pool, jacuzzi and entertainment/movie, bowling and ping pong rooms. The room's available starting from November 1st.
Asking for $1700/month including utilities(hydro, Internet, heat and etc.). Half a month deposit is required.
Lease can be discussed.
