Hello, my name is Lucy Smith. A little about myself:
I am a senior who lives in the Mount Pleasant area (near Main and Broadway street). I am making my home available again for homestay for one female person. I have had the pleasure of hosting two people in the past two years, and I very much enjoy the company and kindness of people from Japan. My oldest son is currently living and working in Japan.
About the homestay:
The room became available recently. It has a closet, bed, and computer desk with internet for you to use. I have a washer and dryer for you to use. The rent I'm asking for is somewhat negotiable depending on your circumstances. I can also cook or make meals for you, so we can discuss price depending on what you would like. My home is conveniently located near many methods of transportation (bus, sky train, etc).
