We are a Canadian-Chinese family with one 16 year old and one 2yr friendly dog (Labradoodle so not shedding hair) who has an extra room to rent to a student who is studying or working.
You will have a bathroom (which belongs to our older son) to share and space for groceries in the kitchen, laundry is included.
Our home has a great view is near 35th & Knight so is close to the sky-train and buslines
We are looking for someone who is quiet and clean who will want to live with us till May 1, 2025 when our older son will return from university.
