One private bedroom available for rent (available after July 20). Currently a Japanese girl is renting the room.
The house is shared with a UBC second-year girl in a two room highrise apartment.
Shared one toilet and a kitchen.
The apartment is very clean. The room is furnished with one bed with mattress, a closet and a study desk.
The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, rice cooker, airfryer and microwave.
The room has a downtown city view.
The apartment is 3 minutes walk from Granville station in downtown.
There is a gym in the apartment and has 24 security. There will be a $80 refundable deposit for the FOB access to the building.

Rent is $1300/month plus 50% electricity (usually between $15/mo in summer to less than $30 in winter). Wifi high speed internet and cold/hot water are included. All other personal items are not included.

No smoking, no drugs, no vaping, no pet, no overnight guest and no sublease please.

Prefer long term renting. Security deposit is $650.
