have a beautiful 1 bedroom with your own private bathroom; brand new mattress, bedding (if needed), new carpet, freshly painted, 40” TV that includes basic cable, with Apple TV box, also a study desk, shared kitchen, and living room.
If you have a car there’s parking on the street, if you don’t have a car there’s a bus stop very close, taking you to all prime location. Includes all utilities and high speed internet.
Sorry, I’m not interested in renting to couples, nor do I think there’s enough room.
About myself: I’m a single Male, private, clean and very organized, i don’t drink or smoke, i also work from home, and very rarely have people over. I have two cats, so I’m not really interested in adding any more pets to the household.
Ideal roommate: All i ask is that you’re clean and somewhat organized, and respect me, my place and my cats.
