We have a cozy room available in our beautiful townhouse starting March 1st, and we're on the lookout for an amazing female to share our home!
The Bedroom:
Located on the second floor with a shared bathroom (only with one female).
Fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, and ample closet space.
Rent: $990/month with a minimum 6-month lease.
Townhouse Amenities:
In the lovely Savile Row community, close to Deer Lake and Burnaby Lake.
Free parking is available outside the complex.
Access to community gym, park, patio space, in-suite washer & dryer, and a dishwasher.
All utilities are included, though no AC is available.
About Us:
Young married couple in our early 30s, both working full-time.
We have a 10 month old baby.
Noise might be present early morning and late night.
Clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces.
Multilingual household: English, Spanish, and Urdu spoken.
House Rules:
Only one person allowed, no exceptions.
Common areas include kitchen, dining, and living room.
Overnight guests, parties, and smoking/vaping are not permitted.

Savile Row Townhouses complex
Bus stop right in front; BCIT and Metrotown 15 mins away by bus.
Downtown is accessible in approximately 45 mins via SkyTrain and bus.
