Total rent for 2 people is $1000 per month. You have to find your own spouse/partner/sibling/friend to share the room.
Twin bedroom (two beds) on the first storey of a house in the prestigious Dilworth area. 7 minutes' drive to Orchard Park mall, Superstore, Walmart and other shopping. 12 minutes' drive to UBCO.
Attached half bathroom (bidet and sink only). Full bathroom (shower, not tub) outside the room, and kitchenette shared with one other person.
Second storey shared living and dining rooms, rear deck with BBQ. First storey shared laundry machines, treadmill and electric piano. Free parking on street.
All utilities included: electricity, heat, air conditioning,natural gas, hot and cold water, sewage, garbage collection, internet via WiFi. Smart TV without cable subscription.
Non-smokers only (insurance requirement). No cannabis, no drugs, no pets, no noisy partying. Having visitors such as friends or classmates for meals or project work OK, but visitors must not stay overnight. Quiet hours are 11 pm to 6:30 am. Students or recent graduates only. Reference from teacher or professor required.
