Looking for a great , responsible, professional female roommate to share a large home in the Steveston area. All of us that live here are professional, easygoing and love to travel, exercise, enjoy life. Must be able to live with other individuals.
My Home is on the bus route to the Richmond Center and Canada line near Number 1 and Williams. 12 minutes to the Airport by car. Bus # 406 goes by about every fifteen minutes. Our street has access to the dyke for jogging, walks and biking.
The Room that is available is large, bright, has one desk, chair, book shelves,large closet, queen bed. All the bedding is supplied with lots of pillows. This room is on the ground floor and has french doors to the patio and large garden. It also has a fan and a heater to use if necessary and also black out blinds.
There is a large hot tub available for use, and a large backyard for relaxing in. Parking is available. 1 bike is also available for use to ride to work or to Steveston for groceries, dinner, etc... Seafair shopping plaza is near ( walking distance ) to Safeway, Subway, and restaurants.
We have 2 small dogs ( sheltie and chihuahua ) and a cat. Must love animals. ;)
Rent includes cable, heat, electricity, high speed internet (wifi). There is a cleaning lady that comes once a week. Rent is $850 per month .
