Hello, I'm a quiet young working professional in my 30s living in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom) of my 2 bed 2 bath apartment, renting out my spare bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom comes furnished with a bed, table, chair and a beanbag chair. The kitchen, living/dining area, and balcony are shared. Looking for a quiet working professional/student, or a couple. I also have 2 cats (shy at first but friendly). The rent is $1600 and includes utilities (electricity, gas and water) and internet/WIFI. The lease term is 6 month long with month to month after the term ends. Security deposit is half a month's rent, and move in fee is $100 if needed. Rental insurance also will not be provided and would be encouraged.
The building also has: gym, swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, yoga room, bike room, ping pong room, party room. There is AC and central heating in the unit. Also comes with in suite laundry/dryer.
Location: Gilmore Ave and Lougheed Highway- 8 mins walk from Gilmore station- 15 mins walk to Brentwood Shopping Mall- 5 mins walk to WIllingdon Community Centre
