We are looking for someone to move into our downtown “Den” on April 1st.

$700 per month (including internet and utilities)
The deposit is half of the monthly rent plus a key deposit.
A sauna, gym, and hot tub are available.
Furniture and kitchenware in rooms and common areas are available.

We provide laundry detergent, toilet paper, and rice.

Best location. 1 minute to the library. ilac and other language schools within 5 minutes
Sky Train: 5-minute walk to Granville, Vancouver City Center and Chinatown.
Bus stop: No. 5 or 17 is a 1-minute walk away.
Supermarkets (H Mart, Iga Mart, Costco) and other convenience facilities are very close.

This is a place where you can clearly feel the advantages of downtown.

The unit is clean. (Toilets are cleaned on a rotating basis every week.)
Washer and dryer are in the house.
Smoking, marijuana, partying, pets, and making noise after drinking are prohibited in the building.

We prefer people who have lived in a shared room with a roommate in Canada and are familiar with the basic sharing rules.
